The Ami Balls are a 3 step weighted Kegel ball exercise plan to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles in the vagina.
The recommended time to keep the balls inserted is 10 minutes a day for two weeks, although once you are use to the balls, you can extend the amount of time each day.
It starts by inserting the first ball which is a single large round ball with a free weight moving around inside. This free moving weight will knock against the vaginal walls (whilst you are remaining active) this will then cause vibrations, which cause the muscles to contract. Therefore doing your kegels for you.
The second step is a heavier ball, and slightly larger, it decreases in width but increases in length with it's two balls. These are inserted and act in the same way of the first ball, with causing the vibrations, except the vibrations are stronger due to the two balls and the weight is more. So now you will subconciously clench to keep them in.
The Last step of the Ami Balls is the last ball, which is the smallest, but the heaviest, this ball is purely for the weight training, there are no free moving weights included with this ball.
Kegel balls can be used from age 18 and over. They are very beneficial for your health and can help with childbirth, bladder leakage, post hysterectomy strengthening etc.
