PAYMENT OPTIONS
Lady Jane receives your online purchase instantly. Our online system is linked to Peach Payments and Zapper - both are independent payment gateways. We do not hold your credit card details and your payment is secure and confidential.
Should you not have a credit card, the order will be received and we will contact you to do an EFT or a manual credit card transaction.
Additional products may also be recommended and you will be able to do an EFT.
COURIER AND DELIVERY
We strive to deliver your online purchase for the goods ordered in the quickest possible time. However due the nature of the products and stock availability, we may experience some delay due to getting stock in from our stores or the suppliers, non availability of some products and on occasions discontinued items.
We ship all orders through our preferred courier service. Delivery time and shipping fees will depend on the shipping destination, package weight, and shipping method chosen by the customer.
There are a few delivery options:
- IN STORE Collection FREE of charge. KZN - Umhlanga, Ballito, Gillitts and Windermere. Gauteng - Fourways and Alberton.
- FREE *"Main Centres" Courier Delivery for purchases over R1500
- FREE **"Regional" Courier Delivery for purchases over R2000
- R195 Economy Standard Delivery *"Main Centres" for purchases under R1500
- R295 Economy Standard Delivery **"Regional" for purchases under R2000
- R225 Counter-to-Counter POSTNET for orders under 2kg.
- R295 Counter-to-Counter POSTNET for orders over 2kg.
- SAME DAY*** Delivery subject to availability of stock, the time that the order is received, the delivery area and payment of the order in full is received.
All orders may take between 2 to 5 working days to deliver from dispatch date. This does not include processing time from receipt of order as we may experience some delay due to getting stock in from other stores or the suppliers. This is also depending on your chosen delivery method and the area that you stay. (Please refer to details regarding Main and Regional areas).
*"Main Centres" are considered deliveries to:

**"Regional Centres" are considered deliveries to all other cities or areas not mentioned above.
For deliveries out of main centres or remote areas (townships, farms, mines) please expect an additional 48 hours on your delivery due to courier logistical arrangements.
Your package will have a tracking number and tracking details will be provided. We will be in contact with you throughout the process of your online order and delivery.
All orders will be responded to during working hours, Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm. If your order is urgent or is required on the weekends or public holidays, please contact our online support team at logisticsassistant@ladyjane.co.za or on 081 050 6675 to make alternative arrangements. Our courier does not deliver on weekends or public holidays, however an instore collection can be arranged for Saturdays and Sundays. Please note, there may be an additional surcharge that could apply for urgent deliveries.
We reserve the right to quote separately on individual orders if:
- the weight is more than 2kg,
- incorrect delivery option is selected and an order does not fall within the definition of main centres (mentioned above), or delivery falls within remote areas (townships, farms, mines),
- an error has been made on the website product prices or weights, or
- any reason that requires revision of the online order once we have received the quote from the courier company.
If your purchase is large in value or quantity we may need to apply an additional procedure to ensure the purchase is not fraudulent and indeed made by the owner of the credit card. We would liaise with the bank to obtain a Code 10. The bank will contact the card holder. We have no control over the time the bank will take to confirm the authenticity of the purchase however this generally takes no longer than 5 working days.

DISCREET PACKAGING
SOUTH AFRICAN POSTAL SERVICES - You will receive your Lady Jane package in a white padded envelope. Our postal address will be indicated on the back of your package for tracking purposes and will not reflect the name of Lady Jane.
COURIER COMPANY – You will receive your Lady Jane package in the Courier Branded delivery sleeve. A Lady Jane store addressed where the products are dispatched will be on the waybill for tracking purposes.
Should you wish for different packaging information please indicate clearly in the comments section of the online order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your unique tracking number. We will also indicate expected time frame for delivery.
You may then trace your order if it is sent via the South African Postal Services, by clicking on the following link here. This site is maintained by the South African Postal Services and its operational abilities is independent of Lady Jane.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Overview
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Lady Jane handles product returns, refunds, and related matters in accordance with South African consumer protection laws. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Legal Framework – Consumer Protection Act
In accordance with Section 20(3)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, consumers are not entitled to return certain goods where:
“For reasons of public health or otherwise, a public regulation prohibits the return of those goods to a supplier once they have been supplied to, or at the direction of, a consumer.”
As such, intimate products and personal-use items — including but not limited to adult toys, lingerie, lubricants, massage oils, supplements, and other sexual wellness products — are non-returnable and non-refundable (excluding luxury brand warranties) once dispatched or delivered, due to strict hygiene and sanitary regulations.
Quality Assurance
To ensure that customers receive fully functional products:
- Electronic or battery-operated products (within reason and with the customer’s consent) are tested on video before dispatch. This video clearly shows the sealed box being opened and the item being tested for proper functionality.
- The video is then sent to the customer as proof of the product’s condition before shipping.
If the customer declines video testing, Lady Jane cannot be held liable for any post-delivery faults or defects, as quality assurance was refused by the customer.
Damage or Defects After Delivery
All products are verified and documented as functional before leaving our premises. Once delivered, Lady Jane cannot be held responsible for any:
- Physical damage;
- Functional issues;
- Misuse;
- Wear and tear caused after delivery.
Allergies and Material Sensitivities
If you are sensitive or allergic to specific materials or ingredients, or require product composition information (including toys, pills, oils, or potions), it is your responsibility to enquire prior to purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Lady Jane makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform you and keep you updated. In the case of out of stock items, every effort will be made to supply the stock as soon as possible.
In the event that items are out of stock and can not be sourced promptly we can suggest close alternatives which we would recommend as alternatives.
In the event that we can not supply in your time frame or the exact product you requested, we would refund your full amount via the ecommerce Peach Payments system or via EFT. The reversal will take a few days to reflect in your bank account which is not in the control of Lady Jane.
