Product Information
Lady Jane makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and details are accurate and up to date. However, in some cases, limited information may be available from the supplier. If you are uncertain about any aspect of a product — such as the materials used or the ingredients — we strongly encourage you to contact us prior to making a purchase. Our team is happy to assist in answering any questions to ensure you are fully informed before finalising your order.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold by Lady Jane, all items are classified as intimate and personal-use products. In accordance with Section 20(3)(a) of the South African Consumer Protection Act, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or used (excluding Luxury brand warranties). This is due to strict hygiene and sanitary regulations, which prohibit the resale or handling of such items once they have left our care.

Please note that once a product has been dispatched and is no longer in our custody, we cannot action returns or refunds based on product material preferences or ingredient concerns unless there is a proven defect or error on our part.

Stock Availability and Substitutions
Lady Jane strives to maintain accurate stock levels. Where delays or out-of-stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform you and keep you updated throughout the process.

In the event that a product is unavailable, we may recommend close alternatives that offer similar benefits or features. Should the original product not be available within your required time frame — and no suitable alternative is accepted — we will issue a full refund via our secure ecommerce PayGate system or EFT. Please note that the timing of this reversal is subject to bank processing times and is unfortunately outside of Lady Jane’s control.
