All gift items are wrapped in high-quality gift wrap before being securely packaged for delivery. Please note that bows are not included as they are easily damaged in transit. The wrapping charge is based on a per-item basis.

By the intimate nature of our products, our returns policy is limited. To ensure that we supply working products, each product will be tested prior to dispatch. Our products are good quality and we ensure that fully operational products are working correctly.

Customers need to understand that these products may not be returned due to a change of intention. All our products are considered intimacy items for your protection. We can not accept unused products back to resell.
